1. A confirmación da súa inclusión no Programa definitivo (participante nun Coloquio, comunicación oral ou póster) está suxeita ó pagamento das taxas de inscrición antes do 20 de setembro. Aqueles investigadores que non teñan verificado a súa inscrición para esa data, serán excluidos do Programa definitivo.
Confirmation of your inclusion in the final Program (Colloquia participant, oral paper or poster) is subject to your registering for the Symposium by September 20th. If we have not heard from you by then, we will assume that you no longer wish to participate as a presenter.

2. Á vista das franxas horarias que neste programa se reservan para as comunicacións orais e os pósters, convidamos ós seus autores a comunicarnos de inmediato (e antes do 15 de setembro) as súas preferencias de día. Na medida do posible han ser tidas en conta para o programa definitivo.
Considering the time borders that in this provisional schedule are reserved for the oral papers and posters, the authors could communicate us their preferences for the days immediately (before the 15th September). As far as possible, they would be taken into account for the final program.

3. Aqueles autores de comunicacións aceptadas para a súa presentación que non poidan presentar o seu traballo no Simposio, deberán advertir inmediatamente deste feito ó Comité Organizador.
Those authors of papers that have been already accepted, that can not present their work in the Symposium must advice immediately of this fact to the Organizing Committee.

4. O Programa definitivo estará rematado arredor do 20 de setembro, e ha serlles enviado de inmediato a tódolos asistentes matriculados.
The final Program will be finished about the 20th of September and will be sent off immediately to all the registered participants.

5. O emprazamento das distintas sesións poderá sufrir pequenas modificacións no programa definitivo.
The timetable of the conference and Colloquia sessions perhaps will have be modified in the final program.

The foreseen days for the exhibition of posters will be on: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They must be placed at 9 in the morning and retired at 19 in the evening.

Os autores dos pósters deberán pasar pola recepción do Simposio antes de colocar os seus materiais. A organización forneceralles chinchetas para fixa-lo material sobre os paneis.
The authors of posters must pass by the ISB reception before they place their materials. The organizing committee will provide the authors with drawing pins to fixe their materials on the boards.
